This beautiful psalm shows David's repentance and desire for God to purify him completely. It's a prayer that we can also make when we need to confess our sins and ask God to create in us a pure heart.


"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." - Matthew 5:8

Sexual purity is essential for Christians because our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We are called to honour God with our bodies by staying away from any form of sexual immorality.

Purity requires constant renewal of our minds, and that means not conforming to the world's standards but aligning ourselves with God's will. We need to seek the Holy Spirit's help to transform our minds and make us more like Christ.


Purity is not easy to keep in a world that glorifies sin and impurity, but as Christians, we are called to be different and reflect Christ's image.
